How far in advance can I book?
You may book online maximum 12 months, minimum 48 hours in advance, prior to your arrival pick up date. For last minute bookings which pick up time is less than 48 hours, we strongly recommend to contact us by phone for quick assistance and confirmation.
How can I book a transfer?
Please use our online, transfer booking engine at transfer reservation page for an instant quote and booking. Alternatively, you may call us for quick assistance.
Do I need to prepay for my booking?
Yes, we require full payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation. There may be companies offering payment at pick up, but usually this type of booking do not secure your pick up, especially for late arrivals.
Is it possible to order infant/child seat?
Yes, you can book infant/child seat at the time of booking for no additional cost. You need to mention child's age, weight in special request part of booking step 3. However, seats are subject to availability.
How do I receive my confirmation?
You receive your confirmation by email sent to your email address you provide while booking. Please make sure that you enter your email correct.
May I change my reservation once it is booked?
Yes, you may view, change, cancel your reservation at transfer reservation page by clicking on "I already have reservation" link. Otherwise, all changes need to be made after the confirmation should be emailed to reservations@propercar.com or faxed to + 90-252-3168843 and will take effect from the date received by Proper Car Rental. However, if the change need to be made in less than 48 hours to pickup time, we advise you to contact us by phone + 90-252-3169540, + 90-252-3130115, + 90-544-3449540 (Emergency Number 24 hours).
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you may cancel your reservation at transfer reservation page by clicking on "I already have reservation" link. Otherwise, all cancellations need to be made after the confirmation should be emailed to reservations@propercar.com or faxed to + 90-252-3168843 and will take effect from the date received by Proper Car Rental. Depending on the date you cancel, cancellation charges may apply. Please check our cancellation policy at transfer terms & conditions page.
How do we find your driver at airport when we arrive?
Our driver meets you outside arrivals terminal with a board your name is written. In case somehow you could not find the driver, please contact our emergency number + 90-544-3449540 (Emergency Number 24 hours). We do private transfers by our vehicles, so please do not get in the first yellow cab you see. Because our vehicles are not yellow cabs/taxis. Also some taxi drivers may try to pull you in their cab, so avoid taxis otherwise you will not get any refund.
How do we find your driver at city pickup?
Our driver picks you up either from hotel reception or accommodation address. We may also pick you up from ports, stations, boat etc. In case somehow you could not find the driver, please contact our emergency number + 90-544-3449540 (Emergency Number 24 hours), to direct him where you are.
Do you do transfers for late arrivals, out of office hours?
Yes, we can provide your transfer for late arrivals, 24 hours in a day as long as it is booked in advance and if you informed us
If the flight is delayed, is your driver going to wait for us?
Yes. We watch your flight on arrivals monitor at airports when you provide your flight number correct. So our drivers will be waiting until you arrive. However, if your flight is delayed for a long time over 3 hours, we strongly advise you to contact us to re-schedule your transfer.
Which documents should we present at pick up?
We require the printed copy of confirmation email or agent voucher to be presented to the driver. In some cases, driver may request to see your passport to identify you.
Can we let our friend join to our group at pick up?
The transfer vehicles are organized depending on the number of persons/vehicle type you booked. If the passenger number exceed the capacity of vehicle type booked, we can not allow other persons to join you. For security reasons, we strongly advise not to invite people you just met in plane.
Can we stop on the way?
We do not stop on the way unless it is in transfer schedule or there is emergency reasons. Emergency reasons may be road conditions, police stops, toilet need etc.
Can we drink alcohol or smoke in the transfer vehicle?
Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol on any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles, except where express permission has been given by the driver.
